How our Process is Completely Risk Free?

1. Investor pays the Landowner and gets the Property Registered in their name.
2. Amount is paid directly towards Khata Transfer and Government approvals.
3. Construction Payment is paid as per the actuals as and when needed.
4. Investor pays the Labor contractor and Material Vendor directly.
5. Buyer of the developed villa pays directly to the investor- who is a Property owner as per the Registration Documents.
6. The Investor registers the villa in the buyer's name and transfers the Portfolio  success fee to the company account.
